| Neu gesteckte Ziele
in einer Unternehmung sind für mich Herausforderungen, die meine
kreativen Fähigkeiten und mein Talent für die Organisation und
die Betreuung von markt-
orientierten Aufgaben wirken lassen.
Dank meiner Design-Herkunft verstehe ich
es, kreative Mitarbeiter zu führen und die Um-
setzung von Projekten im Team zu gestalten.
Ich bin in der Lage ein transdisziplinäres Team zu lenken, um damit
für eine aktive Zusammenarbeit zu sorgen: Und dies im Dialog auf
gleicher Augenhöhe. Dadurch sind in meinem Denken verschiedene Disziplinen
miteinander verbunden, die im Ergebnis immer mehr sind als die Summe der
Teile aus Design, Management, Beratung und kreativer Menschenführung.
Ich kann mich stets auf neue Situationen ein-
lassen, verstehe Veränderungen als etwas Positives und stecke mir
gerne neue Ziele. Dabei behalte ich stets den Blick für das Ganze.
Ich kann Prioritäten setzen und Ent-
scheidungen treffen, wo sie gefordert sind.

For
me newly targeted objectives within a company are challenges, thereby
enabling utilising both my creative abilities, moreover my talent for
organising work and supporting market-oriented tasks.
Due to my design background, I understand how to both creatively lead
co-workers and to achieve implementing projects within a team environment.
I am able to lead a transdisciplinary team
and to collaborate actively with others in a cross-functional team, moreover,
this in a dialogue at everyone's level. Thus, my
thinking combines varying disciplines,
whose total out-put is indeed exponential rather than arithmetic regarding
the sum
total of the respective, individual components of: Design, Management,
Consulting and
creative Personnel Management.
I am always able to cope with new situations, viewing changes as something
positive and therefore I like setting new objectives for myself. Thereby,
however maintaining an eye on the big picture. I am able to take first
things first and to make a decision where necessary.
